• Please join us on Sunday morning as we worship together online. Staying connected is ever becoming more important as our self-isolation continues. Be safe, open your phone directories and make a call to someone who might just be waiting to hear from you and know that the St. David's community exists wherever we are - at home or in church.

• June 14, 2020's Message from Rev. Peggy:

Hi everyone, I hope this email finds you in good spirits as we continue existing it what feels like a forever new way of living.  My thoughts, prayers and love are with each and everyone of you, always   I remind you that if anyone of you would like to talk, please feel free to call myself or Debbie.   

WORSHIP PREPARATION: As you prepare your hearts and homes for worship on Sunday here are a few things you will need to include in your worship space. This Sunday we will celebrate communion together so please include in your worship area some bread/crackers/taco/flat bread or whatever form of ‘grain’ of the land you wish to use, as well as juice and/or water.   

I’ve attached the worship guide for you to use that includes the hymns. (See MINISTRIES/ WORSHIP file attachment)  If you can print it that would be great. 

BUDGET MEETING:

Immediately following worship, we will keep everyone muted so we can move directly into the budget meeting.  After the meeting, people will have the opportunity to connect with each other. Check your email for the agenda, minutes from our last congregational meeting and the proposed budget information. 

If you like, have a candle nearby to light and have a beverage and snack to enjoy duirng worship. I look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Meanwhile, I am sending you prayers, love and blessings.

Just a reminder that you can move from gallery view on the upper right of your screen to speaker view and, thusly, you can see Rev. Peggy or whoever is speaking in full screen. Make sure you don't pin your video - three little dots on your picture - unless you want to be seen full screen rather than seeing the speaker. Sound continues to improve weekly. We will continue to troubleshoot during the coming week and look forward to next Sunday morning when we will gather to share communion with  Rev. Peggy.

• Janet Clare, chair of Pastoral Care Committee, is looking for new committee members to replace Janet Larson and Linda Michel who have served the committee faithfully. If you would like to be part of this very important ministry at St. David's, let Rev. Peggy, Rev. Debbie or Janet know. They are waiting for your call!!

• PRAYER CONCERNS The prayer chain is committed to praying for you in times of crisis for a period of 30 days.  Please contact the office or one of the ministers. 

• June 7, 2020,  we gathered, we sang praises to God, we "broke bread," we reflected upon Justice and Anti-Racism, and we prayed as we joined Rev. Debbie, Brent and Deb C. who were speaking and videoing from the Sanctuary. Along with them, and maintaining proper social distance, were members of the choirs. We are learning a new way to be together and we just celebrate that at least once a week we can connect in such a invaluable way.
